GAA Baseball: Evaluations for the 2010 Season

Monday, January 25th and Wednesday, January 27th 

Location - Strike One on Route 1 North in Danvers

It is very important that players attend the evaluation. If you are unable to be there at your designated time, you may attend at another time listed below:

Monday, January 25th
2nd graders:             5:30 pm – 6:10 pm
3rd graders:              6:10 pm – 6:50 pm
4th graders:              6:50 pm – 7:30 pm 

Wednesday, January 27th
5th graders:              8:00 pm – 8:45 pm (see note below)
6th graders:              8:45 pm – 9:30 pm (see note below)

Please arrive at least 10 Minutes before your scheduled time. Bring your Glove and be ready to workout.  Bats and Helmets will be provided.

Note: Georgetown will be entering a team of 5th and 6th graders into the Northern Essex Baseball League (NEBL).  These evaluations for 5th and 6th graders will be used as a basis to choose players for the team and an additional tryout to complete the roster may take place at a later date. Players chosen for the NEBL team will also play for their assigned Majors’ team.

The annual GAA Baseball Coaches meeting will be held on Monday, November 9th at 7 pm in the Georgetown HS café. All coaches from the 2009 season are urged to attend. Elections will be held for next season’s directors.
