UPDATE (September 2021):
As per the recommendation of MIAA (Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association), the Georgetown School Committee and the Georgetown Public Schools Admiration, Georgetown Youth Flag Football players are not required to wear masks during outdoor sporting activities. Mask usage is option and is recommended for parents that feel more comfortable with their child wearing a mask.
However, this optional mask guidance can change during the season based on conditions and input from the Georgetown Public Schools. GAA utilizes school facilities and must abide by their requirements.
Flag Football will also institute additional mitigation measures as required by local, state and federal officials. Any and all changes will be communicated to players and parents at that time.
