Georgetown Softball
The core of the Georgetown Softball program is to improve each player’s technical ability and understanding of the game. This involves strengthening fundamentals and learning the rules, etiquite, and strategy of the game. Grade 1 & 2 Instructional Program
Girls in grades 1 and 2 can get their feet wet with the sport of softball in this clinic-style program. This is a great next step for the girl who enjoyed teeball but is ready to play softball with her peers. This program meets on Sunday afternoons and is a combination of practice time/drills and semi-competitive (FUN) games. Our goal is to scrimmage other nearby towns starting in Mid-May. See you at the field!
Practices/Scrimmages are tentatively scheduled for Sunday's 3pm to 4:30pm (starting Sunday April 2, no practice on Sunday April 9th)

Grade 3 & 4 Farm Travel Team
Georgetown Softball participates in the Essex County Women's Softball League where the girls have the opportunity to compete against other towns. 2 games per week will combine with a Sunday weekend practice time to round out this division. Essex County Women's Softball will determine the game schedule and the head coach will determine the practice schedule. http://www.essexcountysoftball.com
Practices are scheduled for Sunday's 11am to 12:30pm (starting Sunday April 2, no practice on Sunday April 9th)

Two games per week will be combine with a weekly Sunday practice time to round out this division.
