| 6/30/2009: Next GAA Meeting June 30th | (Published by Carl Norloff) | GAA will be having its final meeting before summer break. A complete update and overview for 2009/10 will be presented along with review per Sport by Directiors. Meeting is open to GAA members and Public for attendance.
Meeting: June 30, 2009 @ Georgetown VFW
- 8:00PM: Jon Pingree (GAA President): Opening remarks on state of GAA. Direction, Changes and base plans for 2009/10 (Land, User fee's, Investments, Increased Sports, Reduction for insurance costs, goal to go online for registration, goal to go on line with GAA store, Littles field landscaping) .
- 8:15PM: Carl Norloff (Runs GAA web site/ Rheebo business owner). Presentation on taking GAA fully electronic for registration.
- 8:45PM: Russ Sherman (Treasurer). Financial overview. Starting point 2009/ Bank totals per GAA Acct, Total budgets per sport (Football, Soccer, Softball, Basketball, Baseball, Lacrosse).
- 9:00PM: Update Per Sport from Directors: Softball, Soccer, Basketball, Baseball, Football.
- 9:20PM: Update from Jim Rodden on CORI, G Town Sport, Pizza Fund Raiser.
- 9:30PM: Mark Perry (VP, Sec) Review and open items. Set meeting date for Aug 2009
