Mini Royals is a fun filled clinic program designed to develop kicking, balance, foot-eye coordination and running control with an emphasis on passing, dribbling, shooting, proper technique, sportsmanship and teamwork. The children will rotate through training stations and then end the morning with a small sided scrimmage.

Please have the children wear soccer soccer appropriate clothing (shorts and t-shirt), cleats and shin guards as well as bring a water bottle. Soccer balls will be provided for use at each clinic. The clinic staff encourages parent volunteers to assist our coaches. When you arrive with your child, please let us know if you would like to help!

Fall clinic typicallys start the first saturday of September. Spring clinic typically starts the first saturday of April. Clinic is held on the large Multi Sport Field (#4) at Penn Brook and starts at 8am. Please plan to be there 20 minutes early on the first day to meet the coaches and get your Mini Royals shirt. The program will run for 8 weeks with no clinic on Columbus Day (fall) or Memorial Day (spring) weekend.

All GYSA volunteers involved with players of any age undergo a strict approval process including concussion traing, adult registration with Mass Youth Soccer, and a CORI check. For more info, click here.
